I believe that blue is the same blue used on previous generation corvette. Had a Civic Si in that color. I liked it, even considered finding a 300ZX and painting it that color but yellow grew on me and I like yellow now. However, if I was going to have a car painted blue I'd use the blue Lamborghini uses. Saw it once and it was similar to Electron Blue Pearl but was slightly more metallic and stood out without screaming 'hey look at me.'
